Who doesn't love a Dairy Queen Blizzard or Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream?


I think we can all agree that these delicious treats are much too high in calories, fat, carbs and sugar. Make these healthy versions in under 20 minutes instead! These 5 body-friendly recipes are big on taste, but low in calories, fat, carbs, sugar and guilt!


BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Buy an Ice Cream Machine. I got mine at the rainforest place. Best thing money can buy. I use mine ALL the time except when I don’t use it.

Strawberry CheeseQuake Blizzard Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 Serving

  • Calories: 245

  • Protein: 28.6 grams

  • Carbs: 22.8 grams

  • Fat: 7.3 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries

  • 1 & 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 scoop of BSN ISOBURN Whey (Strawberry Milkshake Flavour)

  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free Strawberry Syrup

  • 2 TBSP of GG Bran Scandinavian Fibre Sprinkles (Note: these are not gluten-free). You could also use All-Bran Buds Cereal

  • Strawberry Cheesecake Quest Bar

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients (except Quest Bar) into a blender (note: I used the tall 16 oz Magic Bullet cup).

  2. Pour this mixture into your ice cream machine for 10-15 minutes.

  3. While you are waiting, cut 1/3 of a Strawberry Cheesecake Quest Bar into small pieces (use scissors).

  4. Once the soft serve is ready, serve in a cup and add your Quest Bar pieces.

  5. Enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Dough Blizzard Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 Serving

  • Calories: 278

  • Protein: 32.5 grams

  • Carbs: 17.9 grams

  • Fat: 11.4 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of BSN ISOBURN Whey (Chocolate Milkshake Flavour)

  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Calorie Free)

  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • Peel the skin off a raw zucchini. Add 3/4 cup of chopped raw zucchini.

  • Quest Craving Protein Peanut Butter Cup

  • Quest Nutrition Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar

Directions:

  1. Add the BSN ISOBURN, Pancake syrup, almond milk and zucchini to a 16 oz magic bullet cup (or a blender).

  2. Blend these 4 ingredients together in a Magic Bullet. Ensure the zucchini is completely pureed.

  3. Pour this mixture into your ice cream machine for 10-15 minutes.

  4. While you are waiting, ut into tiny pieces 1/2 of one Quest Craving Protein Peanut Butter Cup.

  5. Also cut into tiny pieces 1/4 of a Quest Nutrition Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar. (I used scissors).

  6. Serve in a cup and drizzle with 2 TBSP Walden Farms Sugar Free/Calorie Free Pancake Syrup (this is optional, but it tastes delicious) and add your Quest pieces.

  7. Enjoy!

Chunky Monkey Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 Serving

  • Calories: 282

  • Protein: 20 grams

  • Carbs: 31.1 grams

  • Fat: 11.9 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of frozen medium banana (freeze it with the peel OFF)

  • 1 & 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey in Banana Flavour

  • 2 TSP Chopped Walnuts

  • Chocolate Fudge Quest Bar

Directions:

  1. Place the banana, almond milk and BSN Syntha-6 Whey into a blender (I used the tall 16 oz Magic Bullet cup).

  2. Pour this mixture into your ice cream machine for 10-15 minutes. Add 2 tsp of chopped walnuts in the final minute.

  3. While you are waiting, cut 1/3 of a Chocolate Fudge Quest Bar into small pieces (use scissors).

  4. Once the soft serve is ready, serve in a cup and add your Quest Bar pieces.

  5. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 Serving

  • Calories: 232

Ingredients:

  • 4 TBSP of canned pumpkin

  • 1 & 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender (I used the tall 16 oz Magic Bullet cup).

  2. Pour this mixture into your ice cream machine for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Enjoy!

  • Calories: 238

  • 1 cup of chopped raw zucchini (do not peel it) - this makes it green!

  • 1 tsp mint extract

  • 1 scoop of BSN ISOBURN Whey (Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except the Quest Bar) to a 16 oz magic bullet cup (or a blender).

  2. Pour this mixture (ensure the zucchini is completely pureed) into your ice cream machine for 10-15 minutes.
