My fitness lifestyle began my Junior year of high school. My Spanish teacher at the time is/was the distance track&field coach. I was resistant at first but soon joined the team. I loved the atmosphere of the team. workouts and training hard for improvement on 1600/800m times was a lot of fun. Although I was not the best runner on the team I still excelled in the atmosphere. My best times were 5:15'/2.16' . I really enjoy running, especially when you have friends to run with. but I wanted to gain mass. so I started youtubeing different exercise and routines and found Scott. and the rest is history. Since finding his routines I have seen much growth overall in size and weight. A year ago I weighed a measly 110 pounds and have come very far from there. All thanks to Scott Herman.
