About Me
I've been training on and off for ages, but never really did it seriously, mostly because I didn't know what I was doing. I discovered the Lean in 15 program, by Joe Wicks, and since then I've been getting more and more into it until today, when I decided to create an account here. I also try and swim and run as much as I can, but unfortunately, my knees and shoulders are not very happy with it.
