33 years of age and always been a pretty lean/skinny guy. Ive tried many times over the years to stick with a training routine but lately my life is kind of allowing me a little more as I have a new career that is letting me. I'm a proud dadda to a baby girl and boy. and have a great wife. I work Offshore as a pastry Chef so I have access to food 24/7 when away ( just keep away from all the sweet stuff) and a great gym. I work 28 days on 28 days off. Between the 12hr days for 28 days straight and my daily life at home I am still managing some decent workouts. I guess I train at 85-90% 100% of the time so not bad I guess. EAT, WORK EAT, , TRAIN, EAT..., SEEP REPEAT. BOOM BOOM!!
