This was the last exercise I did in my chest workout.
I began my workout with 3 sets of 8 reps each for Dumbbell Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Bench Press, and Decline Barbell Bench Press.
Keep in mind only the FIRST set of each exercise is a burn set where you drop the weight 2 - 3 times.
