Hey so i am a 16 year old male and at the moment i weigh 80kgs (176lbs) and i am 1.82 metres tall. During the middle of 2013 i weighed 97kg at the same height as i am now and i was overweight so i started to lose the weight and eventually started to hit the gym. So now i am at a weight that i am happy with but i just have this belly fat still sitting on my stomach. I was just wondering what you have to say on what i should do in order to lose this. At the moment im having around 200g of protein per day with a max of 150g of carbs per day. Is what im doing right? Or should i change my diet to something else. And yes i do eat clean and do my best to stick away from any junk food. It would be great if you could help me out a bit, thanks so much! Heres a couple of pics of what i look like at the moment:

PS: I dont mind if i have to put on a bit or lose a bit of weight in order for me to lose this belly fat and make my abs appear

You deffenently look good besides the belly fat. I don't hink you have that much though, my philosophy has always been (cuz i love to eat) if you gonna do something, train more ! So i would suggest trying HIT cardio or curcuit training. CT is an amazing way to burn fat and tighten up the muscles, I used it for only 3 weeks and i saw some amazing gainz in my abs :)

Matt, this is a bit off topic but will greatly help you as you progress with your fitness. You need to watch your posture. If you look at your photo you have a very kyphotic posture. This means your shoulders are protracted (pushed forward) along with your head and neck. You need to work on retracting your shoulders, head and neck so that they are all in a straight line with your knees. By putting yourself in the kyphotic posture you are shortening the pecs which will inhibit their growth. Also if you correct your posture it will help you aesthetically.

Yeah I was going to say the same thing.  You definitely want to work on your posture as this will get worse over time.

If I were you I would start to circuit train and add cardio to your rouinte 3 - 4 times a week.  At least 25-30 minutes.

Your protein intake sounds great an carbs are low, but you still need to train to trim and to lose that last nit of bellyfat it is going to come down to circuit training.

If you want, use my promocode FREEFITNESS for a one month free trial of my website and you can have access to all my circuit training routnies.  OR you could even try my Lionsgate 30 day EXTREME training series.
