I left my belt at the gym and now it's gone. I don't know if I should make the investment and get one of those powerlifting belts with the levers. I used to use one of those $30 brown leather belts, my PE teacher from high school gave it to me. It worked really well for me, I never had any problems. I only use a belt for my squats, and sometimes bent over rows. Should I get a lever belt?
