    front squat form check

    I can go up to 100kg for sets of 12 with this form but I see it's not good. There's the knee travel (which I'm most worried about), rounded upper back, butt wink.

    You need to concentrate on stickicking your chest out thus bringing your shoulder blades together and your form should fix right up.
