Hey man, unfortunately, after extended research on this product, there were NO signs that it helps stimulate muscle growth The article I read through is below and uses quite alot of references. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2129166/
Be sure to read this article before you decide, but I would recommend to leave it. It looks like it doesn't have ANY effect
Here is the conclusion they came to: "Results indicate that M, E, and CSP3 supplementation do not affect body composition or training adaptations nor do they influence the anabolic/catabolic hormone status or general markers of catabolism in resistance-trained males."
All the best man, #HTH Declan

At first i was very reluctant at the guys on here going on and on about eating correctly and the exact amounts of catbs fats and proteins , i use whey as a filler cause meats expensive and beans and lentils arent consistant .
Again and again and again , To gain muscle you have to eat Correctly , i lifted for 6 months and had dismal gains , because my diet was incorrect.
nutrition , thats were building muscle lays. no gimmics , hard work and eating till you puke (or thats what it feels like somedays )
dont really puke lol.
Anthony
thanx for the great site Scott.

I just read the link that you gave. For me no supplements is harmful actually. But we should always give consideration of the status of our kidney. If you have no problem with your kidney, go for it if you want. But if you have some kidney problems or complication, you should think about it first. It said that Methoxy-isoflavone will able to process the nutrients more efficiently meaning to say that your kidney will work beyond its normal function. And I think it will gonna have a seroius risk for your kidney if you take this. That is.. if you only have a kidney problems or complication.
The Methoxy Isoflavone helps with strength and higher levels of endurance. You can do trainings to increase your strength and edurance! Like Scott said " Sometimes relying on such stuff like this will cause you weakness in time " You can increase your strength and improve your endurance in the natural way!
If you're gonna ask me.... I goes well with CREATINE and whey Protein.

LOL.. Everything is hard when reaching our goals... even training is so hard!
That's why we should remember this to reach our goals according to our desires.
ATTITUDE
DISCIPLINE + MOTIVATION and DETERMINATION + RELAXATION = GOALS
FITNESS LIFESTYLE
CORRECT MACROS + INTENSE WORKOUT + REST = GROWTH
It always start with our attitudes! our body will defined base on our attitudes. We must eat CORRECTLY base on our goals, so we need DISCIPLINE and self control to ourselves of what to eat daily. With that, we need an INTENSE WORKOUT in the gym for the growth of our muscles, so we should keep ourselves MOTIVATED and DETERMINED all the time to do impossible things. Lastly , after the intense workout we do, we need some REST for serious muscle recovery and growth, so RELAXATION is the best way. Go have some fun with your family and friends, have some vacation! sleep the whole day! free your mind! because sometimes even a busy man need some break!
Have a nice day to all
