In addition to the supplemental facts which the others have broken down to you already very well..
i would like to add this - so noone buys from these scams, they used Menth Health's good name to say it's MH prooven - which it is not:
http://www.mh.co.za/fitness/warning-do-not-buy-these-products/
Another Source: (good read too - http://www.sizehq.com/anabolic-rx24-and-nitric-max-muscle-scam-exposed/)
Quote:
"The complete ingredients list of Anabolic Rx24 and Nitric Max Muscle are unknown: from the salespage of Anabolic Rx24 and Nitric Max Muscle, the complete ingredients list is not published. Tread lightly, as consuming supplements with unknown ingredients can be dangerous."
"Bottom line: Again, I’d like to stress: Avoid Nitric Max Muscle and Anabolic Rx 24. Don’t get swept up in the marketing hype. Nothing can replace sensible diet and consistent training."
"We were staggered to find that the average users reported more than $900 of damages!. Obviously, this company has a real credibility problem. The complaints are mostly about unauthorized credit card charges and unhelpful customer service. "
On top of that:
tric acid, (HNO3), colourless, fuming, and highly corrosive liquid (freezing point -42° C [-44° F], boiling point 83° C [181° F]) that is a common laboratory reagent and an important industrial chemical for the manufacture of fertilizers and explosives. It is toxic and can cause severe burns.
PS: Sometimes 'results' of some supplements come rather from people being really excited about using new things and just go to train more, and have a new drive to pay more attention to their diet again etc. Not saying all supplements are useless, but as you already figured there are just a few that really 'do' the job, and there never are any shortcuts or fast tricks ^^
Just my 2 cents, and i fully agree with John on this.
