Not sure if I missed it, but I would like to know if Scott has an at home bodyweight workout video I can train along with. It sucks training alone at home (for me) and a video with someone pushing you a bit goes a bit further. Here's what I currently do:
Mondays - play squash or cycle
Tuesdays - inverted push-ups (legs high), single arm kettle bell shoulder press (12kg),pull-ups superset with single arm bentover kettle bell rows, chin-ups, dips, sissy or goblet squats. I do everything for 4 sets of 8 - 10 reps and the last set to failure.
Wednesdays - abs and some cardio
Thursdays - same as Tuesday
Friday - rest, sometimes jump rope a bit
Will cycle over the weekends as well as run after my kids ;-)
Maybe someone could be so kind as to give me some alternatives to what I currently doing?
