is weird because there’s a lot of ppl in the gym that have no goals they will increase the weight every set knowing that they are doing strength training than bodybuilding focus. But for my self I will definitely focus a little bit more on strength because it can help when I’m doing progressive overload on compound exercise like pull ups and dips etc.
