need advice guys! 

 I'm currently doing the 12 weeks home challenge just finish the second month, already lost 15 lbs. should I finish the 3 month challenge  i feel that im going to lose more weight that I  not suppose too, i really want to get that six pack and keep working on my chest, arms, should i change my routine??

That is not a lot of weight loss over 2 months which means you are doing it correctly. You don't want to lose more than 1-2Lbs per week as that signals both fat and muscle loss. You may or may not lose more weight depending on your calorie intake. I would see the program thru then focus on building lean mass while continuing to shed body fat thru proper nutrition.

Awesome progress so far man!!! You're doing everything right so far.

 

I agree with John; definitely see the program through.

 

I wouldn't worry about losing muscle unless you start seeing your stregnth going down. If you lose 3 reps on one of your exercises like Bench Press, for example, that's a good sign to stop cutting weight.

Thank you for reading my post, I will continue with the challenge, I will keep you guys update once I'm done with the routine.
