    Simple Full body workout every 3 days.

    What do you guys think of this full body program?

    You go once every 3 days and everytime you switch up the order of the exercises to focus more on a certain muscle group as you're at your strongest at the start of the workout. I used Scott's videos "Only 2 exercises needed for muscle growth" for the back, shoulder and chest exercises. I'm open to changing the leg exercises or others if anyone has any suggestions. I chose the straight bar tricep extensions because I personally feel I need to focus a bit more on the short head of my tricep.

    @xarnoldasx Looks good! I would just maybe change the rep range as well - you have some heavy squatting in that first full body workout, but what about some heavy deadlifting at some point? The day you hit chest first and the day you hit back first, what about a heavy movement first up so you get a mix of heavier weight and high volume?

     

    Also, even though you want to work on the short head of your tricep, I'd suggest having one day where you do an overhead movement (skullcrusher or powerbomb) to focus on that long head, because that's the biggest head after all!
