I was thinking of what to do for lent this year. I wanted something that was challenging that included sacrifice. Shred for Lent came to me.

So the rules:

1) If it’s purpose is to provided CLEAN proteins, fat and limited carbs then it can stay.

2) If it is a dirty source of proteins, fats and carbs them its out.

3) No cheat days or meals, Jesus never cheated.

I will use this thread as my diary. I will include my daily exercise and food intake. Progress pictures and measurements. Thoughts, feelings and how I feel it is effecting my Fibromyalgia.

I would like to show people, in particular people with a health condition that it does not matter. With hard work and dedication you can achieve what you once thought was impossible. This time last year I would have never predicted that I could come this far, so it can be done; no excuses!!!

Lastly I hope to get some support from my fellow Hermanites!

Watch this space…

P.s. Scott & Erica, I may need to invest in a new SHF vest after this

This sounds really cool man. I completely forgot that lent is right around the corner! My Grandmother, who was a big time catholic, would always remind me about it but sadly she passed away last November.

I really need to start eating fish! I'm a very picky eater and have never tried fish so maybe this year is the year to make lean gains by eating fish??? maybe! lol.

Can't wait to see your progress man! Keep it up!

I'm just setting everything up atthe moment as i plan to mostly update via vlogs - never done one before, which will hopefully make it a bit more interesting to follow.
