Which is bettwer for fat loss and muscle preservation, push pull legs or full body circuit training?

This is is my progress pictures. 185 to 178. I've been doin push pull legs and two days of cardio (raquet ball)

and countin my macros and calories. Just curios which routine is better.

My my routine is

3 sets of 12-10-8 reps

Push-
BB
Military press
DB incline press
Dips
Tricep push downs
Side lateral raises
Abs

Pull-
Pull ups
Chin ups
Barbell rows
Hammer curls
Rear lateral raises
Shrugs
Seated rows
Concentration curls
Abs

Legs-
Squats
Deadlifts
DB lunges
Leg extensions
Calf raises
Abs

my macros is

Calories- 1920

fats- 61 g

protien- 153 g

carbs- 188 g

Justin,

I recently started doing Push/Pull full body circuits. The more muscle groups you train in an hour or less, the more calories you burn. My routine is:

Push on Mon and Thu - Quads, Chest, Triceps, Calves

Pull on Tue and Fri - Back, Biceps, Shoulders, Hams

2 exercises per muscle group in the 8 - 10 rep range and usually I superset them to really burn out the muscles

I work Abs in at least twice a week.

So far it is working great. I limit my carbs to around 150 grams but do high protein (200 - 230 grams) and higher fat (100 grams)

Also, you arent doing any cardio? My main conern is burning off fat too fast by doing to intense of a workout and losing muscle in the process.

Justin,

I am eating the following each day for protein:

Each ounce of meat or fish is 7 grams protein. 1 whole egg is 7g protein, egg white is 3.5g

Breakfast - (7) eggs. 3 whole eggs and 4 egg whites (35g)

10oz Optimum Nutrition ProComplex milk and whey protein in skim milk (35g)

Lunch - 8 oz skinless chicken breast (56g)

Post workouts - 10 oz Optimum Nutrion whey and egg protein with skim milk (35g). I skip this on non- workout days (3 days)

Dinner - 8 - 12oz salmon fillet (56 - 94g)

Before bed - Optimum Nutrition casein protein in 10oz water (25g)

As for cardio, I walk to and from the gym. It takes 15-20 minutes each way. I do my full workout in 60 minutes so I keep rest per sets and per exercise low to burn extra calories.
