I'm new to eating healthy so you may know this already.

 

I was recently introduced to MACA POWDER which is from the high Andes of Peru.

 

There are loads of cool benefits to adding this to your diet via a shake or adding to soups or meal.

 

What other amazing foods are out there?

 

Here is some info on MACA POWDER:

1) Full of vitamins

2) Boosts your libido, increases endurance and can increase fertility

2) Increases energy

4) Really good for your skin

5) Can help balance moods (anti-anxiety)

 

I take less than a tea spoon every other day usually after or before a workout. Sometimes in the morning before work. I'm not a doctor and I havent documented the effects but general feeling is that it has a good effect on things. My skin looks better and I havent experienced any negative side affects. My mood is better in work which is a stressful job but that could also be down to the fact that I'm seeing improvements in my shape and fitness.

The only thing I take really is fish oil pills and multivitamins. I try to eat as much regular food as possible.
