There are loads of cool benefits to adding this to your diet via a shake or adding to soups or meal.

I take less than a tea spoon every other day usually after or before a workout. Sometimes in the morning before work. I'm not a doctor and I havent documented the effects but general feeling is that it has a good effect on things. My skin looks better and I havent experienced any negative side affects. My mood is better in work which is a stressful job but that could also be down to the fact that I'm seeing improvements in my shape and fitness.
