So I'm practically 19 years old (2 months to go) and I've been going to the gym for 5 months, And after doing the calculations for the daily caloric intake I found out that I needed to take around 2700 calories a day which is really hard for me giving that I live with my parents and they can't spend a lot of money just for MY food, I do however buy protein suplements and I do hit my protein macros every day, but regarding calories, I can only get to 2500 max, sometimes less, depending on what's for launch and dinner (not up to me).

Anyway, I have considerably grown over the past 5 months (around 4 kg=8,8lbs)m I will say about 1 kg per month, and I was skinny as hell, now everyone tells me how big I am and the big difference, my body fat% is 12%.

Can someone explain why is that? Thanks and sorry for my english :)

Since you are new to the gym all your gainz will come very easily in the beggining. The first year you workout everything comes to you fast, however as you go into your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 10th year of bodybuilding you will notice less and less difference. Thereby it is at these times that you will need to watch your calories more carefully so that you will continue to make progress.

Thanks! I actually don't plan on being too big because I play soccer so that won't really help me, just muscular enough and with lower body fat %, Also then I have to mantain all the gains, But I'll do my research on that topic once I decide I look good enough...

William is absolutely right! I've notice that too.. during my 1 year of hard work....I easily gain weight and muscles, because for skinny like us... its always a CHEAT day for our meal.. we eat a lot of carbs and protein as well. We don't get conscious of what we eat because we need to BULK up.

Since that you have no plan of getting bigger, this time you should watch on your MACROS intake daily, to maintain your body.
