Hey Guys,

Scott refered me here, and this was the most relevent category so appologies if it I posted in the wrong one.

So I did my macro's about a month and a half ago and they were all relatively neat and tidy, my goal was to lose weight and since then I lost 5 kgs, (cumulatively 16kgs since mid 2013). I have recently redone my macros and they are messy, I do my Protein and fat multipliers of 1g per 1 lb of lean weight and 0.35 per 1lb etc, my carbs are in the 300g mark and thats not what I want. So I have readjusted my Protein and Fat to bring my carbs down but the constant I had to use was above the muscle gain ones Scott gave in his Nutrition video.

mBMR: 3482.66 Protien: 300g (Lean Body Weight*1.98)

rBMR:2246.88 Fat: 91g (Lean Body Weight*0.3)

Height:183 cm Carbs: 136g (Sum of Protein and Fat Cal-AvgBMR)/4

AvgBMR (-300cal): 2564.77

Weight (kgs) 91.7

Weight (lb) 202.16

BF% 25

Lean Body Weight: 151.62

Protien: (caloric) 1200.852

Fats (caloric)818.7628

Total 2019.615

Carbs545.1551

Sorry for all the info, I just needed to make sure that I was doing it correctly. I have a set of Weightwatchers WW185A Scales, I am unsure the accuracy of the BF% measurement, I mean I think I am approx around that BF% maybe a bit lower.

Thanks Guys

Seems like your numbers are ok to me.... but you carbs could be a little too low. I like to stick to around 150grams a day. I feel my strongest around there.

All you can do is test this out for 4 - 6 weeks and see how you look and feel.

Sorry it took me a fe days to get here. Been really busy!

Looking forward to seeing your results! #HTH
