I am having issues with retracting and depressing my scapula. I dont know if its tightnessnob one side or what but my right shoulder gets bothered when I do presses. How do you guys cue the set up? When I get home later I can have my girl film me but I really need help. Sometimes it feels great and I'm strong and other times its irritating. How do you guys warm up for a push day? I like to set up and then lay back because I dont really know how to do it while lying down, i have tried it the way scott shows in the video but it doesn't work for me. I'm not sure if i am not warming up properly or where the issue is, because sometimes it works great and i have no issues. But i want to be able to press whenever i want pain free, please help. For several weeks I had no issues and workouts were great, so maybe one side is tighter than the other I am not sure
