I am Olivia, I came across this forum while I was searching for fitness forums, glad to be a part of it. I am trying to lose 25 lbs. for a long time now, it's my birthday on 12th March and I have taken a pledge to lose 25 lbs. before it. To be on the track I also bought a waist trainer from prowaist.co.uk to look slim. I hope to achieve my goal soon.
Please share some tips with me that actually works.
