I heard some people say that Upper/Lower split lack shoulders and arms volume and it will leave gains on the table for your shoulders and arms.
And heard someone said if you do upper/lower you should add another day in the week where you hit your shoulders and arms to add volume.
Or that if you want real gains for arms and shoulders you should give up on upperlower split and go for PPL instead
Is that true or just bullshit?
