Hey Scott, Thanks for the awesome advise you give out.
I'm leaving on vacation on Wednesday 23/09/2020 and will be back 03/10/2020.
So I have decided to take on your 12 week challenge from 05/10/2020.
My question for you is, I'd like to add more cardio. See as follows:
Every morning 20 min tredmill (HIIT) and 1km swim (Endurance)
Upper Body and lower body days will be done in the evenings 19:00 - 21:00.
HIIT Circuit evenings will include a 2Km swim (Endurance) evenings 19:00 - 21:00.
Is this too much training? Is there such a thing?
