Scott, do you know who the B.U.F.F. Dudes are? Back in January, they started this goal called the 12 week plan. I started following it almost a month ago. Finished week 3 last week. Since I started the routine and drinking a protein shake the recommend called a grow job, my weight has grown significantly. I would estimate I was 190-191 when I started and now I'm at 197. My main concern is fat over muscle. I don't feel or look fatter in my opinion. My body feels thicker and I have more muscle definition. Many of my pants feel tighter around the quads. But some pants I have that were lose are now tighter around the waist. I feel I need more cardio. Should I do your cardio you recommend or something else?
Scott. I'm sorry but I need help. What am I doing wrong? I don't seem to be losing any fat period. Today, I did two oblique exercies from your blocky ab video and I feel aso though my love handles grew. I've dieted, I've done lots of cardio. Why can't I get clean cut visible abs?

Well you understand that you cannot spot reduce fat right?
Maybe you need to switch gears 100% and train with only total body routines. Maybe try the BeFit in EXTREME LVL 3 workouts and combine that with 25-30 minutes of cardio a day?
Also, maybe weneed ot drop the carbs down more..
Old Macros-
Protein: 280 grams
Carbs: 220 grams
Fat: 90grams
Final Macros-
Protein: 280 grams
Carbs: 175 grams
Fat: 90grams
Thoughts?
What is BeFit?
Your cardio is making you fat.
Question what that means and I'll explain more later. The key to sustained fitness / physique / health gains is always questioning and researching how and what is going on. It's not enough simply to do something, what you (everyone) needs is true physical education and understanding of human physiology.
You are not unhealthy, but the human body is a tricky - sometimes counter-intuitive machine. I'll post more later after you've mulled over that statement for a bit.
Lose the attitude and I'll take you seriously.
Scott,
I didn't track my carb and fat consumption today (Carbs low though) but my protein consumption was 375 grams. Is it counter productive for it to be that high over my target amount?
