Let me preface this question with I had laparoscopic surgery and had an unexpected 1 1/2" incision on my upper right abs. I was told that they did not cut through the muscle but went between the muscle fibers. Its been over a year and its a "soft spot" where it seems like the fat was removed. Every time I do anything with abs (Beginner Work-out Program for Weight Loss) it feels weird and uncomfortable. I am afraid that something adverse will happen even though my Doc says to start with light workouts.
My Question:
Has anyone ever had this type of experience and does that part of your Ab muscle/body get stronger again... where it doesn't feel weird? Or will I forever feel the muscle wall there and have an indentation?
Gross Side Note: They found about 8+ golfball sized Gall Stones that they could not crush hence why they had to make a larger cut to get them out with the Gall Bladder that usually is paper-thin but mine was inflamed to about a 1/2". They also had to remove 4 smaller ones that were lodged in the duct with what they described medically as "black tar". Heh
