Hi Everybody,
I have heard from numerous people that incorporating both whey and casein protein into your diet is beneficial when trying to build muscle. After research i understand that casein releases protein into your body slowly and it is therefore recommended that you take it when you are going without protein for a long period of time, typically before bed. Is it a good idea then to start using casein protein in conjunction with whey protein and a healthy diet? Will it help with building muscle? This sounds to me like it may actually be useful when trying to 'cut' or 'shred' however that's just me assuming.
