Physique update :
I'm around 81kg at 6ft. Really need to start dedicating myself to doing abs after workouts.
Recently benched 100kg for my 1RM.
What do you guys think? Any tips on where I should put more emphasis on, in terms of hypertrophy?

You look awesome Arnold! The biceps are looking huge!! Congrats on the bech PR!
Hitting your abs more often would help them come in more and get bigger, no doubt. If you end up doing them 3-4 times a week after your workouts, you only need to spend 15-20 minutes max on them each time with that kind of frequency.
Overall the physique is looking good - the light kind of washes out your chest but if you can benck 225lbs it must be fairly solid 😠🋠Anything you are looking to work on?
Thanks Scott. You're a huge inspiration and motivate me to keep going.
Yeah i'll have to start doing abs more often from now on that's my main goal.
I would also like to balance out my chest muscles as my right upper chest is bigger than the left and my left middle chest is bigger than the right.
It's very weird 😂. Keep up the good work!
Hey Scott I also wanted to ask if you think doing your "burn sets" technique is optimal while doing 1 muscle group a day? I am doing a 5 day split , it goes like Chest,Back,Legs,Shoulders,Arms. I tried it with Shoulders and Arms and it felt great. Just wanted to know your opinion on this. Thanks!
Hey man!
Physique is looking pretty good! Could you post a couple pics of your back as well? The anterior part of your body is looking solid, great vascularity in the arms too!
Biceps look great! What is your measurment on your arm?? Im 13.5" and now trying to get them to grow! I would guess 15 inches ???
I think you look pretty solid bro. What are your goals?
With a 100kg bench, it sounds like you have a solid base. I would focus on general strength development as I don't see any serious weak points by looking at this physique. Keep up the good work!
Happy to help man! If you are trying to even out portions of your chest, work on dumbbell pressing for those parts (incline for upper, flat for middle although flat will target the entire chest), and just let the weaker side / smaller side for each movement dictate how much weight you're using and how many reps you're doing.
You can definitely use the burn set technique when training everything once a week as well. Great way to get a good amount of volume in when you're not getting as much frequency. Have you looked at the 5 Day BodyBuilding split? That's the exact concept you're talking about with just a slightly different split.
Thanks man! Yeah I will tomorrow man it's 5am atm here. Work has got my sleeping routine messed up as I do night shifts sometimes.
Thanks man! Yeah they're 15inches nice guess. Left arm is slightly bigger. Keep up the gains!
Thanks bro. My goals are mostly muscle gain but i am also gonna try to introduce more bodyweight stuff/athletic exercises, one of my hobbies is doing gymnastic stuff like front flips and handstands. I don't want to become absolutely huge but big enough that people notice when im in a tshirt. Keep it up man!
Yeah i'm mostly using dumbbells for my chest. I like to use unilateral exercises to make sure each side is doing the same amount of work.
Yeah that's where I got the idea from, the master himself ;)
I will stick with this workout plan for a while and move back to 6 day PPL (instead of 3 when i started) when I feel I hit a plateau.
Thanks for the advise!
Nice Arnold! Sounds like a good plan - as long as you are seeing positive results and changes with what you're doing now, keep doing it! ðŸ‹
That's what it's all about. How's Florida treating you Scott? :) Can't wait to see your house tour when it's done. Looks sick so far on your insta story.
So far so good man! Still trying to recover from the journey down here.. haha. The house is getting there!! Thanks man!
