Hey Guys!,
I'm brand new to the website. I found Scott on YouTube years ago and have been watching his great videos. I was stand offish from the website, but now I like it. It is very helpful.
My first question is about leg growth. I used to be a wrestler and used to do leg workouts like a monster for the advantage in the sport. Now I don't need the advantage and just want to look better all around. I naturally have pretty big quads. I am 5'5'' so having big quads to me kinda feels or makes me unsemetrical (personal opinion) My question is; how do I tone up my legs, without putting huge mass on them? I know body fat takes care of some of it. I just remember in wrestling Doing squats made my quads huge, wich is great, but I'm not exactly looking for that. Just definition and look. Also to fit jeans and shorts better.
My second question is about shoulder popping. First off, I know form and warm-up might be a little bit of it, but I think my form is good, and I do warm up my shoulders first. I usually only get shoulder popping from bench press and dips. I do not get popping from dumbell bench press though. I just want to know if that popping is harmful or goes away over time. Generally, what is that shoulder popping.
Third question is about cramping in the left palm when curling. Whenever I ez-curl, preacher curl, or barbell curl, I get this cramp in my palm imediatly after the set and it becomes painful to open palm. So I have stopped doing those and only been dumbell curling lately as I don't get pain that way. So, is there some cure for that, or even what does it mean?
Thank you,
Cody
