Perhaps a silly question, but any tips on how to increase my calorie intake? I'm working out, but the muscle gain is slow. I just can't seem to reach the goal of 2800 calories a day... My job keeps me occupied and stressed and most of my calorie intake happens in the evening (around the workout) and morning. Every time I'm on the scale and notice I gained a few kg, I'm excited, yet few days later, gone again.
Already have protein shakes, bars,... and I don't want to start eating unhealthy foods in order to increase the calorie intake.
