Hello Herman Nation :) I've been working out around a year now and started at about 138 lb at age 17 , currently im 18 years old and have reached 161 lb and still am trying to gain more mass. Please critique my physique in what do you thing im lacking , i think my shoulders are my strong point but feel like i might be lacking in chest a bit , any help appreciated.
