So throughout the day, 8AM to 6PM I work and go to college, by the time i get home, go to the gym, and get back home from the gym, it's around 8PM at night and i have a very limited time for calorie consumption. I normally finish my main meal at 9PM, which consists of 1,800 calories (approx) and 90g of protein. An hour later after I've had a shower, I will have a meal replacement which consists of 1,100 calories and 65g of protein. So now it's 10oclock, and I am strict about going to bed no later than 11:30PM at night because I'm a big believer of getting enough sleep for recovery. My main point being that is me eating all my calorie and protein requirments about an hour or two before bed bad? will my body consume it in time to be put to use for muscle recovery?
