Okay, dokkan'd Rose, thankfully the event came up =D

So as of right now I'm running

And even in a normal event, with another rose lead friend I'm running into some ki issues for the majins. Not to mention I'm barely breaking 150k damage on average XD

As some of you may or may not know, the world tourney has started in Dokkan last night. It's good to keep some things in mind for those grinding this tourney for all the goodies like stones,elder kais, summon tickets,etc.

For those who don't already know, win streaks are crucial as they give you more points and rewards. Try your best to get to a 20 win streak to get all the prizes and then you can do whatever you want from there. By win streak I mean a whole round of tournament from preliminaries to finals counts as 1 win. Now the ranking prize card is a new INT Gohan with  very easy farmable super attack. This card isn't anything special, but he does have great links, especially with lr Gohan if that interests you.

Anyways, as you get more wins and go higher on the multiplier (3x, 5x, 30x, etc) the game gets considerably harder, to the point where you can get 1 shotted by 1 super attack from an enemy if you're not careful. Try to finish them quick but always be as safe as possible just in case as you don't want to lose a win streak. 

Now the important stuff, there's usually a decent range of teams in world tourney but since we are in a time where lr vegito is out partially and so is the str super saiyan Vegeta, chances are you will see a lot of Mono Super Str teams. So ideally you would want to run mono agl if you want to play it safe in the world tourney. Or Extreme teams. Careful if you use vegito blue as he gets hit hard by the many STR units out there in tourney.

Regardless of what I said, I'll still be running a mono str team for now cause of lr broly which can sweep the early stages of the tourney, but I will probably change it up to a safer tankier team later on.

Glad it helped. Get to 30x bro! I've been doing that for my past 20+ wins. Only thing I would say is at 20x and beyond you really need to use items all the time. One super attack from the opponent can completely destroy you. I carry king yemma, usher, str puar for broly and shuu ( the ki +3 ninja dog lol). Also LR Vegito is a tank when awakened, GL on that!

yeah man... I have been running x25.. gonna run x30 next time (when my Broly is LR)...

Lol when you get LR Broly, you're gonna sweep through like it's nothing. When that happens though I think you should let LR Broly as Lead so you can run a hybrid of super and extreme str on your team, gonna benefit you greatly especially when you grab an LR Broly friend. Keep in mind though that Broly's defense is terrible and 1 super or 2-3 hits at x25 or x30 can finish you so might wanna let someone like str janemba to tank it up for ya.

I noticed a lot of people go with AGL GOKU ROSE because he can basically give KI+6 to EXTREME types... Thoughts?

I've done that a few times myself since i have him at 100% and love the unit and his team. Only problem is that it can be very risky and item heavy since the 50% HP boost you get from the leader skill can knock you down with a hit or two easily which is why I avoid running it. It's also a fantastic team for LR Broly since you get not only the 6 ki from Rose at the start of turn but also 3 extra ki from PHY Goku Black's passive which is awesome. Not to mention both rose and goku black have Prepared for Battle link which gives them 2+ ki for LR Broly when linked up which LR Broly needs since he lacks good Ki links. Ultimately people run that team because they can get LR Broly's super attack off very easily but it's still a risk since you lack HP on the team.

If you want to try it out this is the team I would recommend

Rose lead (6+ ki)

Goku Black (3+ ki)

Demon King Piccolo (has a +3 extreme KI and 25% attack boost passive) If you don't have him, replace him with w/e or INT Chaiotzu/teq jaco if for tournament.

TEQ Golden Frieza (TANK GOD)

LR Broly

STR Janemba (TANK and DODGE GOD)

 

Should you still go for the EVADE or whatever in HIDDEN POTENTIAL with STR Janemba?

I don't have any paths open for my STR Janemba but if I did I would definitely go for evasion and defense mainly as Janemba is a great blocker and mostly defensive He doesn't hit nearly as hard as the other 120% leads anyways so might as go full defense is how I would see it. I would love to see what a full evasion in hidden potential janemba could do lol, absolute dodging monster.
