Hey guys. Its been 2 months since i hit the gym. I've lost 8kg (72kg atm with 173cm height) and 1cm of waist (86cm now).
I have increased the weight i use too, but since then, my back hurts more while doing the exercises, specially during dumbbell flys and ofc all other exercises.
I have Lumbar Scoliosis, which means my spine is curved and hurts real bad when i carry high weights (relative, 20-30Lb). Thing is, should i drop the weight? should i just stay where i am? My goal is to be lean, not to be a BRO with super muscles or should i change the excersises?
Please, help me out with this because the pain is stopping me from finishing my routine. :(
