So it has been over 24 hours since yesterday's workout, I did my upper body I worked on every upper body muscle and did at least 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps of each exercise. A few were; dumbbell bench press, isolated bicep curl, standing bicep curls, scullcrushers, shoulder press, and some standing shrugs. Now all my muscle are a bit itchy and I was wondering if I was overtraining or if this is just something completely normal and I'm making a big deal out of nothing?

What do you mean by "itchy"? Skin can be itchy but muscle can not.

It's gone now but the itchy feeling was like when a sore or something itches, kind of felt more like a nervous system itch rather then a skin itch. You know when you feel the tips of your nerves and it causes an itchy sensation, it felt like that but only around the muscle area.

Hard to say but if it went away I wouldn't worry about it. If you are new to lifting, it will take time for your nervous system to adapt to the rigors of training. If it is accompanied by severe or sharp pains, I would see a doctor.
