Hey guys,
So I was out for a while due to Pnemonia and havent worked legs in 1 month. Quick question. Scott's program Push Pull and legs. Can I go straight in and work the leg program? Or should I do a "Break in work out" Prior to doing this? I am ready to dive in and do the work out, however, being I am 45 just want to make sure I do not injure myself.
Only been working out 2 years, never lifted a weight in my life, aside from 2 yarts ago. Although, I am in the best shjape of my life now
