Hello guys,
At the moment I have very limited equipment as I am not at home, so I am thinking of doing full body workouts for a few weeks. I only have access to a rack of dumbbells and a few barbells + weights. How many exercises per muscle group do you suggest I do? I am a total newcomer to full body workouts.
