Hey guys,
I've got all my macros and routine sorted thanks to you guys, but I had one question. I am currently striving for strength gains and I was wondering whether heavy compound movement (deadlifts/squat) would stunt my growth, especially since I am 15 years old.

i dont think it will stunt your growth, but you want to make sure you have dead-on perfect form to prevent any kind of lower back injury at such a young age. MANY people dead lift wrong, and many crossfit types teach the wrong way to deadlift. so make sure you watch a good amount of videos, research, and start light. even if its just the bar. Strength will come quick, but bad form will lead to a bad injury. good luck!

No, check out this video scott made on it. I feel like the only people who tell you lifting weights will stunt growth are the people who don't lift weights.

They will not stunt your growth. If anything, they cause an increase in both testosterone and growth hormone which are essential for growth. As a teenager, these levels will be at their highest levels naturally until you are about age 22. Strength training will help you get stronger and leaner as you grow - as long as you eat nutritous foods.
The most important thing to worry about is to make sure you do these with proper form - to prevent injuries and to prevent you from learning the wrong way to train and keep doing it that way as you continue to train.

Yes I have wached loads of videos on deadlifting and I reckon my form should be ok. However when I deadlift, the weights at my gym are very small in size, so I have to stack loads of smaller individual weights. This has resulted in the height of the bar from the ground to be very low. Will this affect my form in anyway because it is very uncomfortable, bending down so low (epsepcially for the negative protion of the movement).

Stack a few 35s or 45s on the floor under the weights on each side. I'm 5'1 so it's hard to do good dead lifts because I can't lift heavy yet so I have to use 25lb plates.
Try stacking them to get some height
