Heello! So tomorrow's 12 week challenge workout will be avaible for platinum members only so i need some advice.

Can someone reccomend to me a good pull workout that i can follow?

PS: I've been training for almost 2 years, so I'm not a begginer and certainly not a pro!

Tales,

My PULL workout is:

Back, biceps, hams, shoulders and abs.

I do supersets for each body part and do 150-200 total reps for back and 100 - 150 reps for biceps, shoulders, hams, and abs. You can pick the exercises you want to use and switch them up each workout.

You can do 5 supersets of 20 reps each or 10 sets of 10 reps. Keep the rest intervals to 30-60 seconds. It is intense and hard to do but burns a shitload of calories and builds strength and muscle if you respond well to high volume training like me.
