Hey everyone!
I was wondering if it is too much on your body to do quads and hamstrings on the same day? My current leg workout is the following:
Warm up: 5 minutes on the bike
1. Front Squats:
- Warm up with 135 back squat
-Front Squat
- 5 sets of 8-12
2. Deadlift
-5 Sets of 12,10,8,8,4 -Dropset to failure
3. Romanion Deadlift
- 2 sets of 10-15
4. hamstring cable kick back
-3 sets of 10 per leg
5. Leg extensions
4 sets of 10
6. leg curls- calf superset
- 5 sets to failure
7. Barbell Lunges
- 3 sets of 10 per leg
I didn't know if this was too much and if I should split up hamstring and quads. If any of y'all have any suggestions, it would be great! Legs has always been a lacking body part and before I begin a lean bulk, I want to make sure I am training as efficiently as possible.
