weighted pull ups 5x5
shoulder press(dumbbell/Barbell) 5x5
bodyweight high pullups 5x5
Arnold press 5x5
explosive/clap pullups 3x5
incline bench front raise 4x8
Divebombers 5x10
I've been doing this for 3 weeks and you'll surely feel the burn!!
