yeah i wouldnt even waste money for the elecricity to power my laptop to look at that haha!

 

These gimmicks are for people who are unnaware or uneducated on fitness/nutrition and think you can get fit quick haha.

 

its the same with those cling film body wraps, silly 2 week detoxes and similar unhealthy fad diets

That stuff is plain scam. As John already said, the only thing is actually shrinks is the money in your wallet ^^

 

Unfortunately there are no shortcuts, and not even some good old fashioned cardio can out-train a bad diet or too much calories in versus out.

 

Strip the caloric plus, add some cardio or any type of functioning exercise that spins your metabolism up and you are much better off.. and might even save some money versus spending some on a belt ^^

o i know its a waste of money and ide never buy one  but Johns version sounds like it hit the nail on the head.   sadley The_Gainz_train had to bring it to single out americans :(  just cause were the fatest country doesnt mean we are the laziest lmao. well maybe ;)
