Hey, I am thinking about getting a half sleeve (from my wrist to my elbow) however I am pretty skinny at the moment, but I hope to gain some size over the next few years. My question is will the tattoo stretch and look weird when my forearms grow? I'm currently 6ft - 140lbs and my goal is 160-170lbs.

I have no tatoos but with my forearm growth experience over the past several years...Forearm size does not improve too drastically. I have pretty strong and large forearms for my size, because of all my years of deadlifting and heavy lifting. I also train my forearms specifically once week. At my rate, I wouldn't believe a tatoo would get ruined by it though.
I assume you are past your growth spurts, and that is probably the way most people first see size improvement in forearms.
To conclude, I would not worry too much about your tattoo stretching over time. If it does it won't make a difference for several years of training, which in that time you can probably just touch it up over the years.

What up man! Hey I got 7 tats and have put on 40lbs since I've got them and have not had any problems with them. Tats are put on your skin in a way to allow for a little stretching (as long as you get a good artist). I wouldn't worry about it unless you plan on putting massive size like Jay Cutler on.
I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. You're fine bro. Worry more about interviewing artists. Your growth is almost symmetrical. It is like the tattoo will grow with you. The only touch ups I have ever had to do for "growth" is when someone gets really fat after they get the tattoo or to cover stretch marks. None of my ink is distorted. Just take time to really consider your ink and your artist. Remember, good tattoos aint cheap and cheap tattoos aint good.

I'd be more worried about ensuring you don't contract Hepatitis C than how the tats look after you grow. Put the time and effort into finding a reputable, clean tattoo
parlor :-)
