i'vee trained chest on monday,it was a pretty solid workout with enough heavy lifting
but the next day i've felt my elbow sore,no pain at all, just sore
i said no big deal it will go away,2 days later i tried to train triceps, you know the exercise with the rope and i felt a somehow weird on my shoulder,i skipped the whole tricep routine

so my question is,why did that happened?wrong placement of my elbow probably?i dont know

my chest routine looks like this in case it matters
leverage chest press
incline bench press (no smith machine)
normal bench press
incline flyes
dumbell pullovers

note: 4th day today,i think the soreness is gone,i've only felt it the moment i woke up

In my experience, elbow pain is caused my over confidence or not going through full ROM *under control*.

i.e. I am killing the first set, think I can go up easily. Fatigue on the remaining sets, still trying for 100% ROM but only keeping it under control for 90% of the motion, then allowing a bit of momentum to get over the last bit. this causes is strain on the tendon and a small amount of inflamation on each sloppy rep.

Inflamatatory soreness may present in a delayed fashion. Leave gym with a strut, then in the evening or next day it starts to feel off. YMMV.
