Last week I went skiing For 4 days Its been 3 days since i got back And when I fully extend my leg i cant feel pain in my right knee At the back Which im presuming is a tight tending etc, Anyway Tommorow I will be in the gym as i think ive had enough rest should i stay clear from deadlifts and any move ment that require That area untill the Pain is gone Or should i fight through the pain? Im guessing i should wait till i have full range of motion without any pain till i continue?
