Hey guys, I been cutting for about 2 weeks and this is my third week. I am currently follwing a 8 week cutting program. I am about 15 years old with a heigh of 172 cm and a weight of 54 kg - 56 kg. I still wanna grow taller and I am scare that if I continue to cut I wont grow taller during this period. The reason why I cut

is because I bulk up quite abit when I was taking a 2 week break at my cousin's house.

I think you'll be fine as long as you don't go to a crazy low bodyfat percentage.

Your abs are still visible, maybe you should continue with the bulk?

My honest opinion is that at 15 years old you shouldn't be cutting.

You are already pretty slim and in shape, and like @Ohawkey said, you can see some ab definition.

I'm not sayin you should go crazy and dirty bulk and just pile on fat. But I think I have told you this before, and that is your metabolism is probably super high at the moment. If you go on a cut, you risk not only negatively effecting your growth in terms of height, but also your muscle growth.

I didn't really know what I was doing when I was 16-18, all I knew was I wanted to lose weight and lose fat. Trouble was, I lost too much and basically go myself into a super skinny state. It can be rectified, but you're better off not having to worry about it, and at your age, I suggest you look to build as much mass as you can if you are into body building. You'll be better for it later in life, IMO.

As long as you track your macros, train hard and throw in some cardio every now and then, I think you can afford to 'bulk'.

In agreement with Joe here.

Why are you cutting? Your body fat levels are low enough and I mean this completely respectfully but you should be focusing on putting on muscle! Utilise everything you have in favour; age, body fat % etc to really pack on some lean mass!
