Howdie folks,
Just wondering what some folks consume prior to the aarly am workout for food, supps, etc?
I used to be a after work or night time gym guy, but recently had to adjust to an early am workout(not willingly). I typically get up at 0430 and try to be in the gym by 0500. Been struggling to find a pre-workout nutirtion to help me
deal with and get through a early am 2 hr workout feeling good. Usually I find it really difficult to get a good workout in, as if I push myself I end up getting really light headed, which means to me my body doesnt have enough fuel to power through the workout...but Im no expert....
So to all the other crazy get out of bed
and to the gym folks...what do you eat before you workout??
