Thanks joe for clearing up the t booster issue for me .The viedo is so informative .i will never waste my money on t boosters again .but about spiliting my macros i think i cant do this because i have too short feeding window about 7 hr so i only can 2 larg meals with some shakes in between after my workout
Ok I guess splitting your meals up more is kind of off the table, but you could try to break those two big meals up into four small meals every 1-2 hours??
As for your other question to William and Scott, yes, if you want to eat more but maintain a low carb diet, eat more protein or fats. If you got up to 150g of carbs, I don't think it would be the end of the world though either.
