Hi all
I was just hoping that someone had a good recipe to make your own protein supplement.
I've just moved countries and brought a six-month supply of protein powder. Protein powder is REALLY expensive (up to $150/kg) and natural sources of protein, especially beef, is also pretty expensive.
I'd much rather eat natural proteins than drink it, but there's only so much food I can eat in a day! Any tips?
