Hey everyone!

I haven't been here for a while, maybe because I've been too busy at the gym :) And I guess I want to record my progress before the Christmas which I hope won't have too much of a negative impact on my physique!

I got my body composition measured at the beginning of August and again at the beginning of November with the InBody machine. The results are as follows:

01/08/2014

Weight: 70.1 kg

Muscle mass: 33.3 kg

Body fat percentage: 15.5 %

01/11/2014

Weight: 70.9 kg

Muscle mass: 34.4 kg

Body fat percentage: 14.3 %

I was pretty pleased with these numbers! And I wonder what they look like now, too. Now, I know that the InBody is supposed to be one of the most accurate devices out there, but I'm not entirely sure I can see this progress on my looks. What do you think?

Aims: Fat loss. Just finished the LMS, will now start a slow cut and attempt to follow the LMS as much as possible still.

Looking good Sebastian. Keep up the good work. As for bulking, I would follow the lean gains protocol we discuss a lot here on SHF.com as you don't want to add fat as you add muscle. It is better to make lean gains rather than gain bulk weight (muscle and fat) then cut to lose the fat. This method, while effective, can result in some muscle loss when you cut and you are natural because you have to go into a high calorie deficit (to lose the fat) after months of a high calorie surplus (to bulk). Lean gains has you eat no more than 500 calories over maintenance whereas traditional bulking has you eat many more calories above maintenance than 500.

Gains are coming in @bjarki!

Keep training hard and take John's advice - lean gains are the best for sure! #HTH
