I've read online about something called the Grecian Ideal, basically what this is, is a scale what people use to gain enough size and in the right proportions to look their most aesthetic. Have any of you used this, I will post a link to the site ive seen it on to give more details. Caum Von Moger has used this and gained size and proportion in the right areas which is one reason why I would like to hear your feedback on this scale and if it is accurate and whether it should be used more regurlarly.

Sam,

This is the guideline I go by because I think out of all the body dimension calculators for symmetry available this is the one that any 100% natural lifter can attain. Since it is based on wrist circumference, it relates muscle symmetry sizes to one's skeletal structure. In all my years lifting, I am within +/- 5% of the "ideal" measurements for my wrist size and height. These are suggestions/recommendations only but since ancient Greek statues where based on these, I think they are a good starting point.
